Purpose: Create an institutional profile and choose a functional area. Create a mission statement, one goal, and one developmental outcome for this functional area.

Guidelines: Include the elements of the functional area mission and developmental outcomes that were discussed in this unit.
Assessment Mapping

Purpose: Create a map of the programs and services offered in the functional area and which outcomes they align with. Include criteria for success.
