Short Update - I'm Employed!

It has been nearly three months since I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with my Masters of Science in College Student Personnel. The road to employment has been long.

With my fiancé already contracted to work the next academic year teaching sixth grade in Little Rock, I narrowed the location of my search to only Arkansas institutions. I applied for 14 jobs, was called back to interview for 8, and received an offer from University of Arkansas at Little Rock for the position of Recruitment Coordinator.

My first week is complete, and today marks day one of my second. A new place of work is an adventure, full of mystery, new people, and its own ups and downs! I have already learned quite a bit about the UALR Office of Admissions and my new Trojan family.
